Definately NOT a Hoax, I live in California and personally picked up the Capsula (4 panel monitor) and the hollywood laptop (3 months ago), these are very amazing pieces of equipment. I will send pictures to anyone who wants one. I was recently informed this week that they are finishing funding and I expect we will all see some positive changes as well as the evidence everyone’s been asking for by this fall.

The site makes claims to at least one false trademark, they claim to own the trademark CacheFlow, however I think the people at Blue Coat might have something to say about that.

I purchased a labtop from them in August of 2004… I will send a picture to anyone that would like one, or of the money I payed being returned to me in check, if these scammers ever give me either of those.

actully the company is back in bussiness it joined with redruth ventures. and further more it is not a hoax because my good friend owns a Liebermann computer that i am looking at this moment. i will send a picture to anyone who would like one.

And the company is now out of business. Or was it ever in business? I guess that is something for the BBB, DA and courts to now decide.

My favorite part is that the legal department at Go-L doesn’t know the differnce between “liable,” which gives us the the word laibility and libel, the malicious mis-portrayl of someone in print…

I ran a D&B report and checked their California Business license online as well - you could do that as well in about 5 minutes. Miguel Liebermann is listed as 51% owner and Lisa Ciesniewski has 49%. They claim to have 13 part time employees and applied for their business license 6/25/03.
I personally think they’re real, just very small. Couldn’t tell you if all of their products are real or not.

It is a hoax. If you follow that link on the TechTV site, you will see that the article has been pulled. Also, a disclaimer was made by Leo Laporte around 3 episodes later (I cant remember the exact time) and he admitted that further info had come their way that had proved the company to be false.
