		<description>I really like this weblog.  I think that if companies would file lawsuits that were reasonable they could hurt the traders more by actually collecting and seeing a case to closure.</description>

		<description>I've used BT and think it's a great piece of technology. I've traded exclusively in bootleg concert recordings--and, no, I don't think there's anything wrong with that. What I find so offensive about the war on P2P technologies is that it's an indiscriminate war. The legitimate sharing is killed right along with the more dubious uses.

The thing is, you'd have to imagine that for hard core traders, there will always be another technology and each one will become less and less centralized so that the industries that object to them will have a harder and harder time finding a target for their lawsuits.</description>
